T2/1 Military Leader Steve Salem Don to Ben Avon Walk up the river Don from Corgarff Castle towards Inchrory and then up the NE ridge of Ben Avon. Descent is by the north ridge into Glen Avon and back to Corgarff Castle. Meet at Cairngorm Hotel at 7.00am and travel to Corgarff Castle. Car Share. As start 32km/20m, time 10 hrs.  Total Ascent 750m. Very Strenuous Full mountain walking gear, packed lunch. Max 8 Cost £15 Priority booking to those on booked on last year's aborted walk.
T2/2 Glenmore Lodge National Outdoor Centre Ben Macdui – this is the big one – the highest point of the Cairngorm Plateau and second highest peak in the UK.  Meet at the Cairngorm Ranger Base, Cairngorm, 9am  OS Grid NH  990 060. Car Share or Service bus. As start 5pm  7/8 hours. 15km/10m  900m of ascent.
Strenuous Full mountain walking gear, packed lunch. Participants 15 and over. Cost £17 per head. Maximum 12 walkers
T2/3 AWF Leader A' Challeach and Cairn Sgulian From the picturesque Glen Banchor above Newtonmore. These two munros are a good introduction to the Monadhaliath Hills. Meet at Cairngorm Hotel at 9am and travel to walk. Car share plus limited number of seats with leaders transport As start 15km/ 9.5m 4/6 hours over 700m of ascent Strenuous Full mountain walking gear, packed lunch. Cost £15.
T2/4 Highland Council Ranger - Saranne Bish Slochd to Carrbridge via General Wades road. Walk through beautiful birchwoods up to the top crags and open moorland with stunning views showing Badenoch & Strathspey at itsmoorland with stunning views showing Badenoch & Strathspey at its very best. Transport to Slochd from Cairngorm Hotel, Aviemore 10am  Transport from Carrbridge  5 hours, 11km/6.5 miles. Easy Stout footwear, suitable outdoor clothing, packed lunch required.  Max 15 Cost £10
T2/5 AWF Leader Aviemore , Loch an Eilean, Loch Morlich Circuit. Takes in the two most visited lochs in the area. A route that incorporates history, flora, fauna and views on gentle fairly flat paths and roads. Start at Cairngorm Hotel at 10am As Start 5/6 hours 22Km/14 miles Moderate to Strenuous Stout footwear, suitable outdoor clothing, packed lunch required.  Max 16 Cost £5
T2/6 Newtonmore Woodland Trust  The Wildcat Trail  10k orbital path round Newtonmore passing over moorland, through woodland and along the banks of three rivers. Magnificent views. Wildcat Centre, Main Street, Newtonmore 10.30am. Transport from Cairngorm Hotel at 10am. Car share As start 10km/6m        3-4 hours Moderate Stout  footwear advisable. Bring packed lunch and something to drink. Donations to upkeep of Trail appreciated. Cost £5
T2/7 AWF Leader Loch Morlich to Aviemore via Loch an Eilein. Start from bridge at NE corner of Loch Morlich to Cairngorm Club footbridge, Loch an Eilein with it's ruined castle, Inverdruie and back to Aviemore.  Transport from Cairngorm Hotel at 10.15am. Aviemore  17Km11m   4/5 hours Moderate Stout footwear, suitable outdoor clothing, packed lunch required. A linear walk price includes transport. Cost £10
