S2/1 AWF Leader Ben Macdui – this is the big one – the highest point of the Cairngorm Plateau and second highest peak in the UK.  Meet at Cairngorm Hotel at 9am and travel to walk. Car share. As start 15km/9m 7/8 hours  900m of ascent.
Strenuous Full mountain walking gear, packed lunch. Maximum 16 walkers. Cost £15
S2/2 AWF Leader Cairngorm Circular. From Ski car park out to Lurcher's Crag with it's commanding views into the Lairig Ghru pass, on to Cairn Lochan and along the rim to the summit of Cairngorm. Cairngorm Ranger Base, car park at the top of ski road at 10am. OS Grid NH990 060. Car share or Service Bus. Check in to Cairngorm Hotel on your way. As start 9.5km/6m miles Ascent 900m 4/5 hours Moderate to strenuous Full mountain walking gear, packed lunch. Maximum 16 walkers. Cost £15
S2/3 Duncan Macdonald Highland Council Ranger Glen Feshie circular A walk through the open moorland and field systems that hug the River Feshie. A historical walk with pots of geology!
Transport from Cairngorm Hotel, Aviemore 10am, return transport from Achlean Carpark, Glen Feshie. Car share As Start 5 hours, 10km/6 miles. Moderate Stout footwear, suitable outdoor clothing, packed lunch required. Cost £10
S2/4 AWF Leader Steam and Stroll - Boat of Garten to Aviemore.  Board the magnificent steam train from Aviemore to Boat of Garten and stroll back along the scenic Speyside Way across heather moor and through beautiful birch woodland, observing the spring flora and fauna along the way. Meet at Cairngorm Hotel, Aviemore at 10am               Aviemore 8k/5m    2/3 hours Easy Bring refreshments (optional) and suitable outdoor clothing. Cost £10 including train fare.
S2/5 AWF Leader Loch Morlich to Aviemore via Loch an Eilean. Start from bridge at NE corner of Loch Morlich to Cairngorm Club footbridge, Loch an Eilean with it's ruined castle, Inverdruie and back to Aviemore.  Transport from Cairngorm Hotel at 10.15am.  Aviemore  17Km11m   4/5 hours Moderate Stout footwear, suitable outdoor clothing, packed lunch required. A linear walk price includes transport. Cost £10
S2/6 Explore Abernethy Ranger The Forest Village. Following all abilities trails, explore the old forestry village of Nethy Bridge, through the Abernethy Pine Forest Nature Reserve and along the picturesque River Nethy.  Visit to the free Explore Abernethy visitor centre included. Meet at Nethy Bridge Post Office 2pm, transport required to and from Nethy Bridge. Car share. As Start 2.5km/1.5m  2 hours  Easy Stout footwear and outdoor clothing. All abilities access toilets available. Paths suitable for wheelchairs, buggies and prams. Cost £5
